Program Descriptions:
Intro course: Here you will learn the basic movements such as the Barbell Dead Lift, Clean, Press and Snatch. You will also learn the basic Kettlebell movements such as the Swing, Clean, Snatch, Press, and more. It is very important that you learn proper form to avoid injury. This course is taught by a Certified CrossFit/Kettlebell instructor. The class is instructional and will prepare you for regular group or private sessions. Contact us to schedule a Intro class.
Group Sessions: Group sessions are a great way to keep you motivated, great for family, friends, or co-workers. Here a qualified Instructor will design a program designed for group fitness. Sessions will be challenging for all fitness levels.
BootCamp Divas: Boot Camp Divas is a 6 Week Womens only fitness program. Designed for all fitness levels and ages. Three classes per week with morning and afternoon times available. Boot Camp includes Kettlebell and Barbell workshop taught by Certified Kettlebell and CrossFit instructors. Are YOU up for the CHALLENGE? Personal Training: Upon completion of the basic course you may begin personal training sessions. Here a qualified Instructor will design a physical fitness program specifically tailored for you.
